Marco G. Bocciarelli is a Strongsville resident. He attended Kent State University, where he graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor in 2003 from the University of Akron School of Law. He was awarded the 2002 CALI Award for Excellency in Trial Advocacy and was selected to compete on a nationally recognized trial team that won multiple local and regional trial competitions. After law school, Marco worked at a Cleveland area law firm where he focused his practice on defending automobile manufacturers, hospitals, and medical providers.
In 2009, Marco changed his primary focus from the defense to asserting the rights of those that have been injured. For more than a decade, Marco has represented injured clients and fought for fair compensation for their injuries.
Since joining the Firm as a Senior Partner in 2017, Marco has focused his practice on all types of personal injury matters, including wrongful death, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, nursing home negligence, natural gas explosions, premises and animal liability, and product liability. Regardless of what kind of law he was practicing, Marco has always focused on being a trial attorney and has won substantial verdicts on behalf of his clients. Marco takes great pride in his determination to fight for the rights of the injured and has obtained several million-dollar and multi-million-dollar results on behalf of his clients. He has tried many cases and has won substantial verdicts on behalf of his clients. Since joining our firm, Marco has been recognized by the Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers Association and The National Trial Lawyers as a top trial lawyer. In 2020, he was named Litigator of the Year by the American Institute of Trial Lawyers and is a member of both the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
After taking on the role as Managing Partner of the Firm, Marco has dedicated himself to continue the legacy of his friend and mentor, Jeffrey Friedman. On behalf of the Firm and individually, Marco takes pleasure in sponsoring local sports teams and community events.
In addition to his legal practice, Marco loves spending time with his family and is a devoted husband and father.
