A powerful documentary has been released by the Alliance for Justice, called “Lost in the Fine Print, that details three examples of the human impact of the unfairness of forced arbitration.

The film goes on to share the fact that most Americans, whether consumers, employees, or business owners, aren’t aware that forced arbitration is happening.  Are we being diminished of our justice?
